Mini cheeseburgers, or sliders, are a perfect appetizer for house parties. These bite-sized sandwiches feature a juicy beef patty on a soft miniature bun, along with melty cheese, onions, and pickles, all topped with a crispy bun topped with crushed barbecue-flavored potato chips. This recipe suggests taking a quick and easy approach: instead of making multiple small patties, bake one large one, then arrange it on a series of buns along with the other ingredients, warm it in the oven, and slice it into convenient mini cheeseburgers.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 175°C.
- In a large bowl, carefully combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, 1 teaspoon salt, and 2 teaspoons black pepper. Transfer the meat mixture to a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish, pressing it down with your hands to form a flat layer. Sprinkle evenly with chopped onion; lightly press the onion into the meat.
- Bake the patties until medium-rare, 15-20 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes.
- Carefully remove the finished patty from the baking dish and place it on a cutting board or plate; leave a few tablespoons of fat in the dish. Place the bottom halves of the buns in the baking dish. Spread them evenly with yellow mustard.
- Place the patty on the buns. Arrange the cucumbers on the sliders. Top with a layer of cheese slices, slightly overlapping. Press the tops of the buns down, pressing gently.
Brush the tops of the buns with egg. Sprinkle with crushed chips.
Return to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted, another 15 to 20 minutes. - Slice the burgers lengthwise along the buns to separate them into individual sliders. Use a spatula to place each slider on the bun and serve immediately.
