A hearty, juicy cheeseburger is made with a grilled beef patty topped with a melted slice of cheddar, fresh salad greens, and spicy mayonnaise, mixed with a dash of ketchup and a spicy Asian sauce called Sriracha. These sandwiches are typically made with chuck chuck, which boasts a rich beef flavor. This flavor is enhanced even further by mixing in a couple of tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce. To ensure juicy patties, it's important not to overwork the chuck or compact it. Serve the burgers straight from the grill, on toasted buns.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- In a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, cook the bacon, turning occasionally, until browned and crisp, about 7 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain; break each slice in half.
- Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, 1.5 teaspoons of salt, and a pinch of ground black pepper. Mix with your hands, but do not overwork the ground beef. Form into four 2-cm-thick patties. Make a 1-cm-deep well in the center of each patty with your thumb.
- Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, and Sriracha sauce in a bowl. Grease the grill with vegetable oil. Grill the patties until cooked through and crispy grill marks appear, about 3 minutes per side. One minute before they're done, top each patty with a slice of cheese and cover with a lid to melt.
- Grill the bun ends. Serve the patties on the buns with hot mayonnaise, bacon and salad.
