To give frozen French fries a special flavor, simply toss them with butter, crushed garlic, and fresh herbs. A refreshing lemon mayonnaise, which you can also quickly mix up yourself, is the perfect dipping sauce for these garlicky fries.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 700 g frozen crinkle-cut French fries
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove of garlic

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Bake 700g of frozen crinkle-cut French fries according to package directions.
  2. Mix with 2 tablespoons melted butter, 3 tablespoons chopped parsley and 1 crushed garlic clove, season with salt and pepper to taste. For the sauce, mix 0.5 cups mayonnaise with the grated zest and juice of 1 lemon, sprinkle with paprika.
