The centerpiece of this big, delicious burger is the shrimp patty. To make the patties, some of the shrimp are ground into a paste, while others are sliced with a knife to enhance the texture and help the patties stick together. Pan-fry them and serve on toasted buns slathered with Old Bay mayonnaise and Cajun seasoning, which perfectly complements the seafood, with a slice of tomato, avocado, and lettuce.
