Make a delicious and unique snack using pre-cooked French fries in the style of Mexican corn. eloteElote is a popular Mexican street food: corn on the cob is coated in mayonnaise sauce, drizzled with lime juice, and topped with cotija cheese, chili pepper, and finely chopped cilantro. French fries will acquire that unique flavor if served in place of corn with the same Mexican elote topping. For a healthier option, bake frozen fries in the oven instead of deep-frying. This Mexican-style appetizer can also be served as a side dish.
