Lemon pepper seasoning imbues potato wedges with a refreshing, spicy, citrusy flavor that's hard to resist. This appetizer is perfect for picnics: round potato wedges are wrapped in foil with olive oil and seasoning and grilled or broiled until golden brown. Serve as a side dish with meat or as an appetizer with sour cream dipping sauce.

Cut 0.7 kg red potatoes into 1 cm thick slices; toss with olive oil and lemon pepperPlace on a sheet of heavy-duty foil; form into a parcel and crimp to seal. Grill, turning once, for 15 minutes; season with salt. Combine 1/2 cup sour cream with 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, a few chopped chives, a pinch of sugar, and salt and black pepper to taste; serve with potatoes.
