Their sweetness and slight pine flavor are harmoniously combined with the contrasting heat of cayenne pepper and fresh jalapeño. Lime juice adds a sparkling freshness to the entire flavor composition. To soften the heat of the peppers and impart a light, creamy note, drizzle the mango slices with sour cream before serving. Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
