When you crave the crunch of French fries but are put off by the high fat and starch content, opt for sweet potatoes and bake them in the oven instead of deep-frying. They turn out incredibly crispy and pair perfectly with a zesty lemon-garlic mayonnaise sauce.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
