Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 12 crushed and minced garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced ​​into half rings
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
