This tart, sweet, and slightly spicy sauce is a variation of a popular teppanyaki steakhouse sauce in the United States. It pairs perfectly with steak, chicken, fish, and shellfish. Some recipes call for melted butter, but we've omitted it. Even without it, the sauce is rich, creamy, and more than deserves its name!
