The most delicious tuna salad

How to Make the Most Delicious Tuna Salad
Menu:Dinner,
Time: 15 min.
Complexity: easily

You've probably tried many delicious tuna salads, but this classic version is truly exceptional! Juicy celery and red onion add crunch and vibrant flavor, while mayonnaise and grainy mustard tie all the ingredients and their flavors together. Although lemon juice isn't a part of traditional tuna salad, you can add it to the finished dish if you like, adding a citrusy freshness. Serve the salad on a slice of toast or lettuce leaf and enjoy.

Ingredients:

  • 2 x 170g cans of tuna in brine, drained
  • 2 tablespoons chopped celery stalk
  • 2 tbsp chopped red onion, soak in cold water for 5 minutes, then drain
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • 1/3 cup ready-made mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. grainy mustard
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice (optional)
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
