Bagels—fluffy rolls baked from scalded yeast dough—are also used to make sandwiches instead of traditional buns and bread. Bagels have Jewish roots, but their dense, moist crumb has become a favorite among almost everyone in Western countries.

This recipe uses a bagel topped with sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and garlic flakes. Top the flavorful bagel with tuna salad and fresh vegetables for a complete, delicious meal.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


Tuna salad

  • 3 cups canned tuna in its own juice, drained
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 gherkins, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. chopped dill
  • 1 tbsp tarragon leaves, chopped
  • 2 tbsp parsley leaves, chopped
  • 2 tbsp capers, drained
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 or 1/2 cup olive oil, to taste

Sandwich

  • 2 bagel with sprinkles, cut in half on the side
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • Half a red onion, sliced ​​into thin half rings
  • 1 ripe tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1 seedless cucumber, sliced ​​into rounds
  • 4 leaves Boston lettuce

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
