A classic hot tuna sandwich is half an English muffin topped with a thick layer of tuna salad, artichokes, and celery in a mayonnaise dressing. Top the whole thing with a slice of cheese and bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and the bun is golden brown. Garnish each hot sandwich with a tomato slice, sprinkle with chives, and serve immediately. These sandwiches are quick and easy to make and are perfect for entertaining at home.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 3 large (sandwich size) English muffins, cut in half horizontally
- 3 tbsp softened butter
- 2 x 340g cans albacore tuna in its own juice, drained
- 1 can (340 g) marinated artichokes, drained and chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 0.5 cup pitted Kalamata olives, chopped
- 1 tbsp. grainy mustard
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- A little hot sauce
- 3 stalks celery, finely chopped
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- Zest of half a lemon
- 12 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 plum tomato, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp chopped chives

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to grill mode.
