Hot cheese sandwiches can be transformed into a sophisticated dessert by making them with Brie cheese, strawberry jam, mint, and flaked almonds. All the ingredients complement each other harmoniously, resulting in a truly delicious result. Dust the sandwiches with powdered sugar and serve like cakes.

3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 3 tablespoons strawberry jam
- 4 slices of raisin bread
- 2 tbsp almond flakes
- 0.5 tsp finely chopped fresh mint leaves
- 120 g of brie cheese, remove the rind, cut the cheese into 0.5 cm thick slices.
- Powdered sugar, for dusting

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Spread 1.5 tablespoons of strawberry jam on each of the 2 slices of bread. Sprinkle each with half an almond and mint. Arrange the Brie slices on top. Top with the remaining two slices of bread.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Spray the sandwiches with cooking spray. Place the sandwiches, spray-side down, in the hot skillet. Cover the skillet and toast the sandwiches for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown. Spray with cooking spray, flip, and toast the other side.
- Remove the sandwiches from the pan. Cover and let rest for about 3 minutes. Cut into 4 pieces and serve warm. Dust with powdered sugar.
