Hot sandwiches with three types of cheese - a detailed recipe.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 4 tbsp (60 g) butter, room temperature
  • 8 slices of white bread
  • 4 slices of cheese Cheddar (approximately 85 gr.)
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese (about 85 g)
  • 4 slices marbled cheese (approximately 85 g)

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Spread white bread Butter one side. Heat a large skillet to medium heat. Place 2 slices of bread, buttered side down, in the skillet. Top with one slice of each cheese, then top with the other slices of bread, buttered side up.
  2. Grill the sandwiches, pressing lightly with a spatula, until the cheese is melted, 3 to 4 minutes per side. Repeat with the remaining ingredients and grill 2 more sandwiches.
