For a casual house party, there's no better appetizer than a delicious dip for dipping chips and crackers. It's also a great way to serve it to guests while they wait for the main course, as it's ready in minutes. Simply mix sour cream with grated Parmesan and Dijon mustard. For a rich and vibrant flavor, it's recommended to grate a chunk of Parmesan just before cooking, and especially avoid store-bought grated cheese. Arrange black pepper-flavored chips around the dip and serve.
