This zesty sour cream-based dip is perfect for snacking on fresh vegetables. Lemon juice, chopped fresh mint and parsley, onion powder, and garlic powder infuse it with a bright, refreshing flavor. Let the dip sit in the refrigerator for a while to allow the sour cream to absorb more of the flavors, and then serve.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. milk
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

  • In a bowl, combine 1 cup sour cream, 2 tablespoons milk, 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt, 1/4 teaspoon each garlic powder, onion powder, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 teaspoons each lemon zest, chopped mint, and parsley. Stir to combine.
