If you have a ready-made garlic and herb sauce mix on hand, you can fry some delicious zucchini with it. The vegetables are sliced ​​thinly, sautéed in olive oil with shallots and garlic, and then cooked through in a garlic and herb sauce. Serve the zucchini as a side dish with meat dishes and enjoy their rich, spicy vegetable flavor.


Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 2 large or 3 medium zucchini, sliced ​​into 0.5cm thick rounds.
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 2/3 cup vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp garlic and herb sauce mix (preferably Knorr)
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley

2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.

1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

    Step 1
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add zucchini, shallots, and garlic. Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until the zucchini is tender.
