Snail buns with herbs

How to Make - Snail Buns with Herbs
Menu:Breakfast,
Time: 15 min.

These aromatic herb-swirl buns are a wonderful addition to any lunch or dinner when served in place of bread. They're also a great snack on the go. You can customize the buns' flavor by adding any herbs of your choice or a blend of several aromatic herbs. This recipe suggests adding herbs to ready-made bun dough, which you can knead yourself, or buying pre-made snail or croissant dough and filling them with a delicious filling. And butter on top of the finished buns adds an irresistible flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 1 package chilled snail or croissant dough
  • Olive oil
  • A mixture of chopped greens
  • 2 tbsp softened butter
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
