Fragrant Italian focaccia bread is a lighter version of pizza. To make it even easier, use ready-made pizza dough. Brush it with aromatic olive oil and herbs, sprinkle with onions and grated Parmesan, and bake. The finished flatbread can be served instead of bread with main courses or as an appetizer: cut the focaccia into rectangles, arrange them on a large platter, and top with your favorite dipping sauce.
