Before baking, each roll is brushed with melted butter infused with crushed garlic and sprinkled with coarse sea salt. When you remove them from the oven, immediately brush them with additional garlic butter, cool slightly, and serve in a bread basket for dinner.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.

1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Melt 55g of butter and grease muffin tins. Place frozen buns in the muffin tins. Cover and let rise for several hours.
- In a skillet over medium-low heat, melt the remaining 12 ounces (385 g) of butter and add the minced garlic. Cook for a few minutes until fragrant, but don't let the garlic brown.
- Once the dough has risen, lightly brush the buns with garlic butter and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake the buns according to package directions (usually 200°C for 6-8 minutes) until golden brown on top.
- Remove the buns from the oven, brush with additional garlic butter and serve warm.
