Ranch salad dressing recipe.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup sour milk
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/4 tsp coarse salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley leaves
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon table vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • A little hot sauce

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Chop the garlic with a knife, then sprinkle with salt and mash with a fork to form a paste. In a bowl, combine the garlic paste, mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, dill, chives, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, vinegar, paprika, cayenne pepper, and hot sauce.
  2. Add sour milk until the desired consistency is reached and stir, tasting frequently and adjusting seasonings as needed. Refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving, thinning with more sour milk if necessary.
