With a few extra ingredients and your oven, transform simple mini pretzels into a unique appetizer your guests will love. Store-bought pretzels are tossed with grated garlic in butter and toasted in the oven until they're soft and the garlic sticks. As soon as you remove them from the oven, immediately toss them with finely grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley to help them stick.
