This exquisite dish takes less than half an hour to prepare, yet it's delicious and beautiful, just like in a restaurant. Cooked linguine pasta is combined with large, poached shrimp in a quick, creamy sauce with garlic and Parmesan. For a more savory flavor, cook the shrimp with unpeeled garlic cloves; this will make peeling the garlic easier. This dish is perfect for both special occasions and weeknight dinners when you don't want to spend a lot of time over the stove. Serve with a glass of white wine and enjoy.
