This recipe was inspired by the popular online pasta with feta and cherry tomatoes. It's just as simple, but the feta is replaced with goat cheese, and thanks to a slow cooker, it's ready in minutes! Short, tubular pasta, which easily absorbs the creamy sauce, works best for this recipe. Sprinkle the finished pasta with fresh basil, and you'll have a vibrant and flavorful dish you'll want to make again and again.

Ingredients:
- 450 g penne pasta (feathers)
- 2 cups (560 g) cherry tomatoes
- 2.5 cups lightly salted vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- A pinch of red pepper flakes
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 220 gr. goat cheese
- 1/3 cup fresh basil leaves, coarsely chopped
- Special equipment: Instant Pot 6-8L multicooker.

Preparation:
- Step 1
- Place the penne and cherry tomatoes in a slow cooker, add the vegetable broth, olive oil, oregano, red pepper, garlic, and 2 teaspoons of salt. Stir (it's okay if not all the pasta and tomatoes are submerged). Place a piece of goat cheese in the center of the pan. Step 2
- Following the manufacturer's instructions, close the lid and prepare the multicooker. Cook on high heat for 5 minutes in pressure cooker mode. Step 3
- Once the pressure cooker cycle is complete, follow the manufacturer's instructions to release the pressure and wait for the quick release cycle to complete. Carefully, being careful not to burn yourself with steam, open and remove the lid. Step 4
- Stir everything together to combine the cheese and sauce. Arrange on serving plates and sprinkle with basil.
