Time: 45 min.
Complexity: easily
Quantity: 24 stuffed pears

To impress your guests with a delicious and impressive appetizer, prepare these baked pears stuffed with goat cheese and herbs, wrapped in crispy bacon. These seemingly different ingredients ultimately meld beautifully into a single flavor. For this recipe, choose ripe, miniature pears. Once ripe, arrange them on a bed of fresh arugula for serving. Serve the pears as an appetizer with wine or after the meal instead of dessert with a shot of liqueur—either way, they're so delicious and unique that they'll disappear quickly.
