Sweet potatoes may not be the most popular vegetable for juicing, but when you blend them with a ripe, sweet pear and add a little cinnamon, you get a wonderful drink similar in flavor to Mexican rice horchata. Sweet potatoes are also an excellent source of potassium and vitamin A, which are essential for healthy skin and vision. Top your juice with chia seeds for maximum benefits, and enjoy with ice cubes.
