Many people love caramel apples, but how about creamy caramel pears this fall? To make the caramel sauce, we simply melted soft toffee candies with cream in the microwave. Dip each pear in the creamy caramel, sprinkle with chopped nuts, and let it set. The combination of milky caramel and sweet, juicy pears is simply delicious!



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Mix 280g of soft caramel toffee candies with 1 tbsp of 10% cream and heat in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds, until smooth.
  2. Pour into a wide pan, then quickly dip 4 pears into the toffee caramel, sprinkle with chopped pistachios and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
