A dip for a family gathering doesn't have to be salty! This dessert dip will satisfy any sweet tooth, cheesecake, or cookie lover. It's made with cream cheese and mascarpone cheese, mixed with crushed cookies. You can use leftover stale chocolate chip cookies. Let the dip sit in the refrigerator until the cream cheese and cookies meld, and serve with dipping snacks around the bowl. Pretzels, salted straws, shortbread cookies, and even potato chips are all great options.
