Soy dipping sauce with ginger
Votes: 2

Time: 10 min.
Instead of serving regular soy sauce, make a delicious, spicy dipping sauce that pairs perfectly with almost any Asian appetizer, from tempura to spring rolls and Chinese dumplings. Rice vinegar adds a tart flavor, ginger adds a piquant note, and sesame oil adds a warm, nutty note, all bound together by a touch of sugar. Simply shake all the ingredients together in a jar and pour into a serving bowl.
