Salsa is a traditional Mexican sauce made from boiled tomatoes or tomatillos and chili with the addition of onions, garlic, peppers and coriander and served as a condiment for dishes or tortillas.
This recipe uses grilled pineapple, ginger, and a fiery habanero pepper instead of tomatoes. The pineapple, habanero, and ginger work together beautifully, giving this sauce a stunning new flavor.
