- 1 habanero pepper
Cocktail
- Juice of 1 lime
- 4 large pieces of pineapple

- A pinch of ground cloves
- A pinch of ground cinnamon
- Some seltzer water
- 180 ml mango nectar

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Make habanero syrup:
Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Let cool. Mix 3 tablespoons of simple syrup with the habanero; mash the pepper in the syrup. - Cocktail:
Blend the lime juice, pineapple, and cilantro in a shaker. Add the cloves, cinnamon, seltzer water, mango nectar, and 1–2 tablespoons of habanero syrup. Add ice and shake well to chill the cocktail. Strain into a martini glass.
