1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.

1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


Habanero syrup

  • 0.5 cups of sugar
  • 0.5 cups of water
  • 1 habanero pepper

Cocktail

  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 4 large pieces of pineapple
  • 1 sprig of cilantro
  • A pinch of ground cloves
  • A pinch of ground cinnamon
  • Some seltzer water
  • 180 ml mango nectar

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Make habanero syrup:

    Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Let cool. Mix 3 tablespoons of simple syrup with the habanero; mash the pepper in the syrup.
  2. Cocktail:

    Blend the lime juice, pineapple, and cilantro in a shaker. Add the cloves, cinnamon, seltzer water, mango nectar, and 1–2 tablespoons of habanero syrup. Add ice and shake well to chill the cocktail. Strain into a martini glass.
