You'll hardly miss the vodka in this sparkling mocktail inspired by the classic Moscow Mule. Candied ginger peel not only garnishes your drink but also adds a touch of sweetness and spice. Serve with a wedge of lime.

Ingredients:

  • 180 ml ginger beer
  • 90 ml lime-flavored seltzer water
  • 1 large candied ginger, coarsely chopped
  • A wedge of lime, for serving

1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
