How to Make - Non-Alcoholic Apple Cider Sour
Time: 5 min.
Complexity: easily
Servings: 1

Play bartender with this fizzy sour. It's alcohol-free, but you'll definitely taste the woody notes of whiskey when you add a charred orange peel.

    Step 1
  • Add a sugar cube, lemon juice, apple cider, and sparkling water to a 180-240 ml glass. Stir to dissolve the sugar. Add an ice ball and a dried apple.
  • Step 2
  • Light an orange peel on fire by bending it orange-side outward and holding a match or lighter close to the peel to ignite the sprayed orange oil. Run the peel around the rim of the glass and drop it into the cocktail.
