Watermelon Sour cocktail - detailed recipe.


Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of watermelon pulp
  • 120 ml of Alize Red Passion liqueur or any fruit liqueur
  • 240 ml. gin
  • 2 cups sour mix (a mixture of lemon juice and sugar syrup in equal parts)
  • Sparkling wine
  • Lime slices, for garnish
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

    Step 1
  • Strain the watermelon pulp through a sieve into a bowl. Transfer the watermelon puree to a pitcher, add the liqueur, gin, and sour mixture, stir, and refrigerate. Before serving, add sparkling wine to the pitcher. Serve the watermelon sour in chilled glasses, garnished with a lime wedge.
