The classic Amaretto Sour is a balanced blend of sweet Amaretto liqueur, heady with its almond aroma, and refreshing lemon juice. In this recipe, Molly Yeh enhanced the beloved drink with freshly squeezed blood orange juice, creating an even more invigorating flavor. Garnish with orange peel and a maraschino cherry and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 250 ml Amaretto
  • 60 ml lemon juice
  • 60 ml blood orange juice + zest for garnish
  • Maraschino cherries in juice (such as Luxardo), for garnish

3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
