Avocado, sweet and tart orange slices, and thinly sliced ​​fennel complement each other beautifully in this light and refreshing sandwich on crisp multigrain toast. This recipe uses blood orange, which brightly complements the avocado, but you can add peeled segments of any citrus fruit you like. For a zesty twist, sprinkle the toast with red pepper flakes. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

  • 1 avocado
  • 4 slices multigrain toast
  • Oranges
  • 1 avocado
