Orange zest and juice give sweet potato purée an interesting and unique flavor, nicely complemented by nutmeg. Mash the boiled sweet potato with kefir or sour milk and stir in the remaining ingredients. This unusual side dish will complement meat dishes on the holiday table with its exquisite flavor. If desired, stir in a little butter.
