- 4 large bone-in, skinless chicken thighs (about 700g)
- 2 tbsp. grainy mustard
- 2 tablespoons regular mustard
- 1 crushed clove of garlic
- 0.5 tsp dried marjoram
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup

- Wash and pat dry the chicken thighs with paper towels. In a small bowl, combine the mustard, garlic, marjoram, and maple syrup. Spread 1.5 tablespoons of the mustard mixture evenly over each chicken thigh, coating thoroughly to ensure a crispy crust. Place the thighs in a glass or ceramic dish. Step 3
