Cappuccino lovers can enjoy their favorite flavor even in the summer heat or in the evening, when it's time for cocktails. Cold cappuccino is served with ice and a splash of Amaretto liqueur for a pleasant almond finish. While there's no foam, the balance of milk and coffee is perfect!

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan and heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves, about 5 minutes. Let the sugar syrup cool completely.
- Fill 6 glasses (250-350 ml) halfway with crushed ice. Pour the espresso evenly into the glass.
- Pour 1 tablespoon of sugar syrup and 1 tablespoon of Amaretto into each glass. Stir. Top with milk and serve.
