One of the ingredients in this Whiskey Sour cocktail is kombucha. You don't need to grow it; you'll just need store-bought apple-flavored kombucha. Combined with bourbon, lemon juice, a few drops of maple syrup, and a pinch of cayenne pepper, it makes the cocktail taste amazing.


Ingredients:

  • 60 ml bourbon
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 7 ml. maple syrup
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Muddle 1 tablespoon of coarsely grated peeled ginger in a shaker. Add 60 ml of bourbon, 15 ml of lemon juice, 7 ml of maple syrup, and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Add ice and shake. Strain into a glass with ice. Top with 90 ml of apple kombucha.
