This refreshing cocktail with a hint of apricot is perfect for summer. Bourbon, lemon juice, and apricot brandy are a fresh take on the classic Whiskey Sour. Shake with ice until the shaker fogs up, strain into a glass, garnish with a cherry, and enjoy!


Ingredients:

  • 1 egg white
  • 30 ml of bourbon and apricot brandy and 20 ml each of lemon juice and sugar syrup
  • 30 ml apricot brandy
  • 20 ml lemon juice and sugar syrup
  • 20 ml sugar syrup
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

    Step 1
  • Combine 1 egg white, 30 ml each of bourbon and apricot brandy, and 20 ml each of lemon juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker; shake for 30 seconds.
  • Step 2
  • Add ice and shake for another 30 seconds. Strain into a glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
