The Wabbit cocktail is made at Bottle & Bond Kitchen and Bar (Kentucky), one of the distilleries on the popular whiskey tour. Local bartenders decided to take bourbon to a new level by mixing it with carrot juice. What's the result? Give it a try! This cocktail is sure to impress.

Ingredients:

  • 40 ml bourbon
  • 20 ml of carrot juice
  • 15 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 7-15 ml date syrup
  • 3 drops orange-fig bitters
  • Sage leaf, for garnish

1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.

  • Combine bourbon, carrot juice, lemon juice, date syrup and bitters in a shaker with ice; shake well.
