Fresh tomato salsa is a delicious addition to any dish and can be prepared in minutes. Simply add the ingredients to a blender, blend, and serve. The simplest salsa contains only tomatoes, a hot jalapeño pepper, a little olive oil, and lime juice for a balanced flavor.


Ingredients:

  • 4 plum tomatoes, cored, seeded and cut into large pieces
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and sliced ​​into rings
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tsp olive oil
