Mexican vegetable salsa will enhance any dish, whether it's meat, fish, or side dishes. Salsa can be cooked or prepared from raw ingredients. Typically, it's tomatoes (for red salsa) mixed with onions, garlic, peppers, and various seasonings. Combine the chopped vegetables in a bowl and refrigerate to allow the ingredients to meld. This dish can become a staple during football broadcasts, where fans can express their emotions while sipping on bockbier.
