With a handful of berries, fruit, plain yogurt, and juice on hand, you can get a boost of energy every morning with this delicious, healthy, and nutritious smoothie, ready in minutes. Strawberries and bananas are a winning flavor combination, enhanced by the addition of raspberries or kiwi and orange juice. Sugar-free plain yogurt gives the smoothie a creamier texture, and crushed ice adds an invigorating kick. This way, you can start your day just as quickly as your morning coffee.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 3 large ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup washed strawberries, peeled
  • 0.5 cup raspberries or peeled and chopped kiwi (about 2 pcs.)
  • 1 cup plain natural yogurt
  • 1 and 1/4 cups orange juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 tbsp. crushed ice
