Green Goddess Dip Sauce

How to Make Green Goddess Dip Sauce
Time: 15 min.
Complexity: easily
Servings: 12

Ripe, soft avocado's delicate texture complements yogurt perfectly to create a thick, velvety dipping sauce base. This combination makes the dip a less greasy and healthier alternative to the traditional Green Goddess with sour cream and mayonnaise. The avocado also adds a richer flavor that complements the green onions, tarragon, and parsley perfectly. Puree all ingredients until smooth and serve this delicious and refreshing dip with vegetables for dipping.
