Green Goddess Avocado Salad Dressing

How to Make Green Goddess Avocado Salad Dressing
Menu:Breakfast,
Time: 10 min.
Complexity: easily
Servings: 6 - 8

This Green Goddess avocado salad dressing, made with mayonnaise and fresh herbs, is a great idea for summer appetizers. It's perfect for dressing vegetable salads and as a dip for veggies and crackers. For a healthier dressing, replace some of the mayonnaise with ripe avocado. Its delicate texture makes it a harmonious part of the dressing, and freshly squeezed lime juice enhances the flavor. Use a variety of fresh herbs, such as basil, parsley, tarragon, and chives.
