Green Goddess Gas Station

How to Make Green Goddess Dressing
Time: 10 min.
Complexity: easily
Quantity: 1 tbsp.

Green Goddess dressing gets its name from its pleasant hue, which comes from the abundance of fresh herbs: parsley, chives, and basil. This combination creates a luxurious and refreshing flavor. The chopped herbs are simply mixed with a sauce of equal parts mayonnaise and sour cream, and a touch of anchovy paste enhances the flavor of all the ingredients. This dressing is ideal for fresh vegetable salads. The simplest way to serve it is by drizzling it over salad greens or lettuce.
