Pecans are roasted in a fragrant blend of rosemary, sage, thyme, and garlic. Once cool, toss them with crispy bacon bits for an incredibly delicious snack mix that's perfect with beer or for on-the-go.

- 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary + sprig for garnish (optional)
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh sage
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic

- 4 cups unsalted raw pecans
- 1 cup fried bacon pieces
- Vegetable or canola oil to grease the baking sheet

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a rimmed baking sheet with vegetable oil. In a small bowl, combine rosemary, sage, thyme, garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and set aside.
- Place the egg white in a large bowl and whisk until foamy. Add the pecans and stir to coat. Add the spice mixture and stir.
- Spread the nut mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet and bake, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, 15-20 minutes. Let cool on the baking sheet, then stir in the bacon and transfer to a large bowl. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
